Payment Details

All prices shown are NOT INCLUSIVE of delivery and package costs of which are subjected to current rate ruling.

A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. This will be confirmed by email usually within 48 hours of receipt of your order if it is placed during normal working hour i.e. Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. You may cancel your order only within 24 hours after your confirmation of our order confirmation. You may not in any event cancel your order after this point as the goods are custom made specifically to your requirements. So it is important that you are certain about the product you require and the measurements you give. We cannot accept returns for mistakes that you make in measuring and inappropriateness of fabric chosen by you for a particular use or purpose.  To help you make the right decision when choosing your goods from Accessorize please take advantage of our open house showroom.

You will be charged for goods at the time of order. We cannot deliver or start manufacturing  the goods until payment has been received in full as cleared funds. You can either visit our shops to make payment or issue cheque drawn on any bank within Hong Kong.  Please allow 7 working days for cheque to clear.  Please make them payable to Accessorize and send to the address supplied here.

Delivery and Fulfillment Policies

We deliver to any where in the world!

Unless specified, courier service or Hong Kong speed Post will be used for all deliveries to Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories and the Outlying Islands.  International clients will be responsible for any pick up, handling and delivery services and charges.  Accessorize will be able to assist international clients in this matter and will reserve the right to charge a fee at competitive rates if necessary.

Goods will be delivered to your door by courier service where a signature will be required.   If a delivery is made while you are out, a card will be left giving details of a local collection point for the goods to be collected by yourself or a number to call to rearrange the delivery of your goods.  We are not liable for any loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

All delivery times are approximate and are subject to stock availability. We endeavour to deliver all goods within 14 working days of the date on your order confirmation. We will notify you of any delays on confirmation. If we are not able to supply the goods required for reasons beyond our control we will contact you as soon as possible.

All delivery information and additional costs will be provided in detail throughout our purchase process!

No deliveries will be made in inclement weather conditions such as Typhoon Signal 8 or Black Rainstorm warnings provided by the Hong Kong Observatory. Accessorize Hong Kong values your custom and appreciate your understanding during such conditions. Accessorize Hong Kong will not be held responsible for any business and/or financial loss due to delivery delays.

We may deliver the goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery. Again, this information will be provided throughout our purchase process.

In the highly unlikely event of your goods being faulty or defective, please email us IMMEDIATELY upon delivery at accessorize@netvigator.com or call us on +852 2893 9668 quoting your invoice code. In any event, a valid claim based on any defect in quality or condition must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of the good's delivery. Any claim for items missing from your order must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will arrange to have the goods collected and either replace or make good the goods at no additional costs.

Due to technical conditions beyond our control, products shown on your display may not accurately reflect the quality and color of our products. We highly encourage potential clients to visit our open house showrooms in Hong Kong. Special international clients may request samples by writing to sales@accessorizehk.com.
